• Manage the project process once on site including regular site meetings and project management updates on progress, cost and programme to the client
• Ensuring the quality of work during the contract and on completion of the project
• Agreeing valuations and certifying for client payment
• Acting as Client's representative and being the single point of contact for the Principle Contractor
• Snagging and preparing the Final account
